Recruitment process

Once your application has successfully passed the CV sift phase of recruitment, you will be asked to attend an assessment day. There are normally six candidates at each assessment centre.

Your assessment day will include a group exercise, where you will be provided with a scenario and asked to discuss and solve a problem as a group. This will allow us to see how you interact with your team in a professional environment.

You will also be given time to prepare a presentation, the topic of which will be provided on the day. You will be expected to deliver your presentation to senior managers who will ask questions relating to what's been presented. This is to assess your communication skills and confidence in delivering a presentation.

Finally you will be required to undertake a two-to-one personal and technical interview, you will get the chance to tell the NATS Assessors about yourself and why you want to work for NATS. This interview will be competency-based and there will also be technical questions to assess how you tackle problems.
