Recruitment process
Once your application has successfully passed the CV sift phase of recruitment, you will be asked to attend an assessment day. There are normally four candidates at each assessment centre.
The day starts off with written and numerical tests, which enables you to demonstrate your capabilities. This is followed by a group exercise, where you will be provided with a scenario and asked to discuss and solve a problem as a group.
During the personal and technical interview, you will get the chance to tell the NATS Assessors about yourself and why you want to work for NATS. This interview will be competency-based and there will also be technical questions to assess how problems are tackled. You are then given time to prepare a presentation on a topic, which will be provided on the day. You will present to a few current NATS employees who will ask questions relating to what's been presented.
We are currently not recruiting for the Science Graduate Scheme. In the meantime, please browse around our website to find out about other opportunities such as the Industrial Placement Schemes. You can also register your interest by emailing hr.servicesrecruitmentatco@nats.co.uk - we will then be in touch with you in the future when the Scheme re-opens.
