How to apply

Applications open in October and close in December. However, we do encourage people to apply as early as possible, as places are limited.

There are two stages in the process. The first involves your online application. We select candidates for the next stage on this basis, so please do take the time to sell yourself and answer all questions as competently as possible.

If your application is successful, we'll invite you to one of our assessment centres, which take place between January and March. These start off with a welcome meeting with our graduate coordinator, graduates and placement students, so there'll be plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get the inside track on what it's like to work here.

The rest of the day consists of a group exercise to assess your team-working skills, a competency and knowledge-based interview, and a presentation to senior managers.

If you're successful, you'll receive your offer in early March before starting in July.
