How to apply

Once your application has successfully passed the CV sift phase of recruitment, you will be asked to attend an assessment day. There are normally four candidates per assessment centre.

The day starts with a group exercise, where you will be provided with a scenario and asked to discuss and solve a problem as a group.

During the personal and technical interview, you will get the chance to tell the NATS assessors about yourself and why you want to work for NATS. This interview will be competency-based and there will also be technical questions to assess how you tackle problems.

  • Applications open in October and close in December.
  • Assessment Centres are held in February.
